1. Cancellation of Reservation:

If you decide to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date, a penalty of one night’s stay will be charged.

2. Prepayment and Guarantee:

To guarantee your reservation, we may require a prepayment of a certain percentage of the total cost of your stay. This amount will be deducted from the total accommodation charge.
If your reservation is canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy, the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Unforeseen Circumstances:

In case you are unable to come due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, flight cancelation), please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your situation and try to find the best solution.

4- Changes to Reservations:

In case you need to change your check-in date or number of guests, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to make changes according to our ability and availability.

5. Refunds:

In case of agreed refund, the amount will be refunded to your bank card or other convenient way within 7 days.

Please note that refund terms and conditions may vary depending on the type of booking and season. We are always willing to consider individual circumstances and find the best solution for our guests.
